Michel Bernadou is a distinguished scholar who has made many contributions to the field of shells and their numerical treatment. Michel Bernadou is an active member of ECCOMAS and has been the treasurer of the organization since 2004.

Professor Michel Bernadou will turn 65 in August 2008.
